ALBUM DEVLOG THING

I have a work in progress here for this album I'm recording, I think it sounds okay so far. Give it a listen if you want.

There's no electric guitar right now so all the distorted guitars are an acoustic with the Ableton default heavy amp smacked onto it. I tried recording my electric with DI but it ended up sounding really lame and flat and dumb and for some reason my distortion pedal (BOSS D-1) ended up making it quieter when activated. So I'm gonna just stick an mic in front of an amp cuz it'll probably sound better. All of which will be done after the drums, bass and acoustic stuff for efficiency sakes.

Dunno how frequently I'll update this or whether it's interesting to begin with but thanks for reading anyways. Here's a drawing of Joe I made the other day for a plumpdog07 video.
